Initial Sports Assessment:
A sports assessment before receiving a massage typically evaluates various aspects of your physical condition to ensure the massage is tailored to your specific needs. This includes sport and activity levels, range of motion and flexibility, posture, palpation, goals for massage, ETC!
Pre-Event Massage:
A 20 minute session focused on warming up the muscles, improve circulation, and preparing the body for sport or activity. This includes Effleurage (light stroking) and friction techniques!

Post-Event Massage
A 20 minute session focused on gentle, soothing techniques to cool down muscles, reduce inflammation, and flush out toxins like lactic acid through effleurage or petrissage strokes!
Ice therapy (optional): Sometimes, cold compresses or ice packs are applied to reduce swelling, especially for athletes recovering from injury or intense training.
*Clothes are worn during this treatment. If ice therapy is chosen, the designed area will be exposed*

Multi-Target Relief Massage:
A 45-minute session tailored to address 2 to 3 specific areas of the body. This focused massage and/or stretching treatment is designed to relieve tension, enhance flexibility, and support recovery in multiple muscle groups, helping you feel balanced and restored!
Deep Tissue Massage:
The Deep Tissue Massage is a 60-minute session designed to target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This more intense technique goes beyond relaxation to focus on relieving chronic muscle tension, stiffness, and pain. Using specialized methods like trigger point therapy, muscle stripping, and deep compression, this massage promotes lasting relief and improved mobility for areas that need it most!
Integrated Recovery Massage:
A 75 minute session that combines a wide range of advanced modalities to promote deep healing and recovery. This customized treatment includes Deep Tissue work, Muscle Stretching, Joint Mobilization, Cross-Fiber Friction, and Fascia Release, all designed to relieve tension, improve mobility, and enhance overall body function. Ideal for addressing chronic pain, stiffness, and post-exercise recovery, this session provides a holistic approach to muscle and joint care!
